Eurowings Digital kept losing strong international candidates to one hesitation: the move to Germany itself. The answer was a film built on people who had already made it. We joined the production to run the day on set.

One day on set, told straight.

Moving to Germany scared people off

Eurowings Digital kept losing strong international candidates to one fear: relocating to Germany. The film's job was to answer it with people who had already made the move.

Strong candidates, one hurdle. The move itself.

Everyone on camera had already made the move

Not actors. Teammates who relocated, settled in, and felt at home, telling it in their own words. A film like that only works if those people are at ease on camera.

We ran the shoot day

On set, we ran the floor. Shaping each take, calling the shots, keeping a full shoot day moving from setup to wrap.

Between the client and the camera

Our other job was the human one. The client on one side, the people on camera on the other, and us making sure no one felt the pressure of the day.

We were the calm in the middle.

A film that feels true

The relocation film that came out of the day. Honest, and you can feel it.

The relocation film.

A collaborative production. The concept and final edit were not ours; on the day we directed and ran communication on set.

And then this arrived.

Eurowings Digital sent a handwritten card to say thank you. Spin it around and read both sides.

Want people to say yes?

Real moments on camera don't just happen. They need someone running the floor and keeping people at ease. That's our part. If that's what your shoot is missing, let's talk.
