PHM AIX Racing

Motorsport · TikTok · Formula 3 & Formula 4

In junior motorsport, sponsors pay for the next season, and they back the teams people actually watch. PHM AIX Racing had the cars and the talent but almost no audience, so we built the channel that changed that.

One journey, one race weekend at a time.

Everything but an audience

It started with one message from the team.

No reach, no next season

Before any of it, we mapped the logic the channel had to serve.

They filmed, we cut it in days

Raw footage from every race weekend, sent straight to us.

Three kinds of video, cut from the same trackside footage.

Entertainment

The mood in the paddock

Driver personality, the sound, the tension before lights out. From a weekend of raw footage we cut the seconds people watch to the end.

Behind the build

How the car comes together

The work in the garage no one usually sees. We turn the build into a short story: what happens and why it matters, in under a minute.

Knowledge

The tech, made simple

The most complex part of the car, explained in a few seconds. We take the detail from the garage and make it knowledge that lands even without a motorsport background.

The channel started to grow

A monthly call set the rhythm, and the numbers followed, weekend by weekend.

We flew to Monza

Some race weekends you have to be there in person.

Shooting and cutting it on site

On site, nothing waited for the studio.

Every stage of it ran at the track.

Planned

The shot list

Before a wheel turned we mapped the weekend: the moments to catch and the story each shot had to tell.

Filmed

Trackside, all weekend

Two days at the Autodromo. Paddock, pit lane, the grid, the racing. Raw footage stacking up by the hour.

Interviewed

The drivers, on camera

We pulled the drivers in front of the lens between sessions. Real reactions, in their words, while it was still live.

Edited

Cut on-site

No waiting for the studio. We edited at the track, the same weekend, while the story still mattered.

Delivered

Live in days

The finished reel left Monza ready to publish. First frame to final cut, all in one weekend.

Plan to final cut, before we flew home.

A highlight reel to lead with

They had the cars and the talent. We built the audience, until the channel was proof a sponsor could point to.

For any team whose next season depends on being watched: junior categories, niche sports, the talent nobody has found yet.
